Payment and insurance Magnolia is a private-pay practice and does not participate in insurance networks. We can provide documentation, such as a superbill, for you to submit directly to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is determined by your plan.
In-person and telehealth All Magnolia counselors offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. In-person sessions are available at our Dallas and Richardson offices according to each counselor’s location.
Response time We aim to respond to appointment inquiries within 24 hours. Messages received during weekends or holidays may be answered on the next business day.
Session fees Fees vary by counselor and can be discussed directly with the individual counselor before scheduling.
